I saw these shared on a endo warriors page and had to try them as I was in the midst of a flare. I also suffer from IC and I have LOVED these. The fact that it’s warm in the front and back is like a warm hug. I felt I could better relax my pelvic floor and find relief. I’m going to tell my pelvic PT and friends about them because they’re a great tool. My only wish was that the battery lasted longer on high- so I bought another power pack for those tough days. The fit is good -I’m plus size and they overall fit nicely and comfortably. They stayed up with no issue- which I wondered about with the battery. As described and worth the splurge!

These shorts are amazing so far and I appreciated that the sizing chart was true to fit! The hottest setting is as hot as the highest setting on my heating pad, and they can easily go under most of my pants.
I look forward to seeing the durability over time as well, but so far, I am thrilled with my investment in my comfort and they help so much with all the cramping I get from endo. The battery lasts, and I love that it heats in front and back, really getting to that lower back pain I know so many of us deal with!

I wear these all the time. Helps with cramps but also chronic back pain and discomfort.

The back could be 3" higher to cover more of my lower back, but they do a good job. The shorts are advertised for "period pain". I wanted something to go walking in when the weather gets cold. I still have to try out the heating function. They are very stretchy, so having a penis isn't a problem.

100% would recommend. These have become a must in my closet every time my period rolls around. I love that I can also wear them out. Just be careful about washing it!
