Yes, our products are TSA friendly. All Sundaze power banks are lithium batteries and you must keep them in your carry-on luggage.
The heating elements are channels of carbon fiber that emit heat when electricity is applied. The channels are connected by wires that run through the hidden interlining of the shorts.
Disconnect the power bank from the jacket and remove it from the pocket. Use the included charging cable to connect the battery to an outlet and charge overnight. Do not ever plug the jacket heating system directly into a home outlet.

The heating elements in the shorts are water resistant, and will simply stop heating when wet. However, to avoid damage to the power bank, you will be required to unplug it and put it in a dry area until the battery pocket is dry.
Water causes irreversible damage to the power bank. Please dispose of the wet power bank and buy a new one.
Yes, Sundaze has been tested by mechanical and aerospace engineers to ensure their safety, and they are CE compliant. The heating elements themselves are noncombustible, and we have chosen a Lithium Polymer battery which are commonly used in smart phones.

Due to international shipping restrictions on lithium batteries, we are unable to ship the power bank with international orders. We will provide a link to an alternative power bank. To accommodate for this inconvenience, the international shipping fee is waived.
