✔ Returns: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Trying the item on for sizing is perfectly fine — we just ask that it hasn't been worn beyond that. A $15 return processing fee applies to cover shipping costs.

✔ Exchanges: We offer one complimentary size exchange per order on unworn items. Additional exchanges are subject to a $15 processing fee to cover shipping costs.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. You're welcome to try it on at home - just make sure it's over clothing. Items with signs of makeup, fragrance, or other residue can't be accepted for return.

1. You'll reach out to us via our contact form on our website. Be sure to include your name, email, order number, and what product you'd like to return. If you would like to return a product, please send us a message within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after this timeframe.
2. We'll issue you a return label via email.
3. You'll pack the product and ship it over.

• Please try to use the original box it came in, but a different box or shipping bag works.
• Please include EVERYTHING in your Sundaze kit, including the wash bag, power bank, cable, and shorts.
• Shipping should take about 5-8 business days for US orders.
• IMPORTANT: please ship your return within 5 days of receiving the return label.

Once we receive the item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item does not meet our requirements, it will be sent back to you at your expense. For items that pass inspection, we'll issue your refund in the original form of payment within 1–2 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. Please note that a $15 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

The fine print: We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges from customers who we believe are attempting to abuse our return policy. Upgraded shipping options (like 2-day or overnight) are non-refundable. Due to customs fees, we do not accept international returns or exchanges.

We offer a 6-month warranty on the technology - the heating elements, and the power bank. All of our products are subject to quality control, and our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects. Please notify us by using our contact page within 2 months of noticing any defects. We will offer to replace or fix the product.

Please note that the warranty does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects. However, if you do have an issue with your product, please let us know.
