Standard shipping is included and fully refundable if you return the product. However, if you choose an expedited or upgraded shipping option, those additional shipping costs are non-refundable.

We currently only ship to Canada. This is because the shorts contain a rechargeable heating element, and all deliveries outside of the US must ship via ground transport to comply with lithium battery regulations.

Import duties and brokerage fees are determined by the shipping company and Canadian customs and are unfortunately outside of our control.
