Fell in love with these after the first wear. Having the freedom to move around and care for myself and home even while in pain is liberating. The battery back is small that it doesn’t interfere when laying down and doesn’t weigh the shorts down. 10/10 recommend for my pelvic chronic illness gals.

Comfortable and they work. I was worried they wouldn’t be efficient or that they would be tight, I’m very sensitive to tight clothing due to endometriosis. I’d recommend for anyone needing pain control and heat in those areas.

Sundaze Heated Shorts

These shorts helped my endo pain, just wish the front wire was longer and the shorts were cotton. I don’t want microplastics getting in my skin. I use the high heat and I think it last about an hour or so for me.

The heat from the shorts is great, soothing for the back especially. However, the abdominal coverage is small and I have also noticed only a week into using the product even before my first wash the fabric is parting at one of the seams so the material for the price could have been better, disappointing there.

So comfortable and provide heat in all the areas I need. As someone living with chronic pain everyday from endometriosis and adenomyosis, these provide so much comfort.

Pros: you don’t have to walk around connected to a heating pad cord, the shorts are really comfy, the heat level goes high enough to help with some endometriosis/chronic pain

Cons: I wish the placement of the heated areas was not just around the lower back & higher front waistband. It would be better if there was more heated coverage below the waistband- I bought these assuming they were fully heated for some reason

I got these so that I could be more mobile while recovering from pelvic floor dysfunction. I’ve used them 4 times. The first time I used them, they lasted 2 hours. The second time 1.5 hours. The third time 1 hour. And the fourth, 30 min 😵‍💫 (the tag on the product says they are supposed to last 2-4 hours). A microwave heat pack lasts longer and is a lot cheaper.

My bf gave these to me as a gift and I used it for one year until it broke....he bought it because I have dysmenhorrea and it's horrendous....I was skeptical but it quickly won over my heart with how effectively it worked! I bought myself a second pair because it saved my life while in surgery operating. It's soothing and comforting and fits great! I recommend loose scrubs for the days you wear the shorts. Truly girls, neglect the cost because it will help you if you suffer on your cycle. They were also kind enough to resend my package when it went missing! I was so grateful 🙏 and it came in time for me to begin doing operations again! Thank you girls for treating me kindly and creating these amazing shorts! (Buy abut 2 battery packs, trust me)

I’ve been looking everywhere for heated shorts that I could wear while skiing to help with hip pain from a labrum tear. I know these are technically for period pain but they definitely help keep my hip feeling warm while skiing. The battery packs don’t last as long as I need so I bought a few extra to take with me. Maybe you could design shorts specifically for other pain areas!! So glad I found these.

I wear these all the time. Helps with cramps but also chronic back pain and discomfort.

The back could be 3" higher to cover more of my lower back, but they do a good job. The shorts are advertised for "period pain". I wanted something to go walking in when the weather gets cold. I still have to try out the heating function. They are very stretchy, so having a penis isn't a problem.

100% would recommend. These have become a must in my closet every time my period rolls around. I love that I can also wear them out. Just be careful about washing it!

Honestly, I have been suffering from period cramps since I first started my period and only resort to taking Midol at my breaking points, however, now that I have discovered these amazing miracle shorts I'm going to be able to handle each month with more ease now!! I cannot believe these weren't made sooner and I'm so in awe of how well these shorts and the heating capabilities perform. My first two days of my period typically are the most pain I experience, so having these shorts are definitely going to be so handy!!

I got my shorts (XL - I’m normally a size 14), and they are AWESOME! Where has this been my whole life? They heat up so quick and provide so much relief (or just a luxurious lounge). I know what I’m gifting my friends this year.

These shorts are a life savor for me! I struggle with bad cramps and these heated shorts do just the trick! Also, they are washable! So you can reuse them! Odor resistant! And they stay heated for 2-4 hours! Truly amazing! Lastly super comfortable to wear!

These are so comforting to wear. I found the sizing accurate. They are comfy and cosy and have made wfh, sitting at my desk all day so much bearable. What an awesome analgesic. Thank you so much.

i’ve had my eye on these for a while and as soon as i got the email that these could be paid for with fsa i immediately bought it! i LOVE the idea but the execution still needs some work in my experience. the heat levels are great and the pack doesn’t weigh down the shorts at all but the battery doesn’t last very long and extras are not covered by your fsa/hsa card. i would need like 5 batteries just to get through one day… it also takes a very long time to charge up after it dies. because of those reasons, i removed one star. i removed another star because where the battery pack sits in the shorts is, it presses against my hip bone as is very uncomfortable when standing but especially sitting. i followed the size chart and the shorts fit perfectly, great zipper too! but the placement of the pocket is not ideal for my body. because the placement of the battery is directly on my hip bone, my low rise bottoms smash the pack even more into me and my high-waisted bottoms put pressure on the top of the battery pushing the shorts down. the length is fine to wear out but i don’t like the look of the wiring showing underneath so i never wore mine out of the house. if you’re wearing a super loose dress i think it would be completely undetectable. the heat is nice while you’re wearing them and it definitely gets hot quick for fast relief but it doesn’t last long enough for my period pain (i mean the battery dies in like 2.5 hours) and with how uncomfortable it is with the battery placement i will be returning them. i’m looking forward to future adjustments though!
