I wear these all the time. Helps with cramps but also chronic back pain and discomfort.

The back could be 3" higher to cover more of my lower back, but they do a good job. The shorts are advertised for "period pain". I wanted something to go walking in when the weather gets cold. I still have to try out the heating function. They are very stretchy, so having a penis isn't a problem.

100% would recommend. These have become a must in my closet every time my period rolls around. I love that I can also wear them out. Just be careful about washing it!

Honestly, I have been suffering from period cramps since I first started my period and only resort to taking Midol at my breaking points, however, now that I have discovered these amazing miracle shorts I'm going to be able to handle each month with more ease now!! I cannot believe these weren't made sooner and I'm so in awe of how well these shorts and the heating capabilities perform. My first two days of my period typically are the most pain I experience, so having these shorts are definitely going to be so handy!!

These shorts are a life savor for me! I struggle with bad cramps and these heated shorts do just the trick! Also, they are washable! So you can reuse them! Odor resistant! And they stay heated for 2-4 hours! Truly amazing! Lastly super comfortable to wear!

i’ve had my eye on these for a while and as soon as i got the email that these could be paid for with fsa i immediately bought it! i LOVE the idea but the execution still needs some work in my experience. the heat levels are great and the pack doesn’t weigh down the shorts at all but the battery doesn’t last very long and extras are not covered by your fsa/hsa card. i would need like 5 batteries just to get through one day… it also takes a very long time to charge up after it dies. because of those reasons, i removed one star. i removed another star because where the battery pack sits in the shorts is, it presses against my hip bone as is very uncomfortable when standing but especially sitting. i followed the size chart and the shorts fit perfectly, great zipper too! but the placement of the pocket is not ideal for my body. because the placement of the battery is directly on my hip bone, my low rise bottoms smash the pack even more into me and my high-waisted bottoms put pressure on the top of the battery pushing the shorts down. the length is fine to wear out but i don’t like the look of the wiring showing underneath so i never wore mine out of the house. if you’re wearing a super loose dress i think it would be completely undetectable. the heat is nice while you’re wearing them and it definitely gets hot quick for fast relief but it doesn’t last long enough for my period pain (i mean the battery dies in like 2.5 hours) and with how uncomfortable it is with the battery placement i will be returning them. i’m looking forward to future adjustments though!

Okay seriously though... these shorts are not only incredibly comfy to just wear, they are a legit built in heating pad. SO easy to use and I love the convenience of not having to be stuck in bed attached to an electrical cord. I can just pop in the battery, hit the button and go about my day, all while enjoying the soothing heat for both my cramps and lower back.
Trust me, you want to grab a pair!

I recently got the Sundaze period shorts. I liked that it was like a heating pad that you could wear around the house. It makes periods a little more bearable.

I love how stretchy and soft these are! They are very sensory friendly, and not too heavy at all with the battery pack. They heat up very fast, and definitely help with my back aches and cramps <3 I highly recommend, especially if running errands! I love that you can just wear some baggy jeans over these, and also purchase a secondary battery pack to extend your use!

I love the concept and design is so functional. The only criticism I can say is that the shorts are made from nylon. I would prefer a bamboo or combination of cotton. The quality is so amazing. Super soft and the button is located in a perfect place. I wear them at work and they last over 4 hours because I turn them off at breaks due to the fact that the pants retain the heat. So amazing! These are amazing. I have long said we need a product like this and here we are! I love how quickly they heat up and they are so comfortable. I saw these shared on a endo warriors page and had to try them as I was in the midst of a flare. I also suffer from IC and I have LOVED these. The fact that it’s warm in the front and back is like a warm hug. I felt I could better relax my pelvic floor and find relief. I’m going to tell my pelvic PT and friends about them because they’re a great tool. My only wish was that the battery lasted longer on high- so I bought another power pack for those tough days. The fit is good -I’m plus size and they overall fit nicely and comfortably. They stayed up with no issue- which I wondered about with the battery. As described and worth the splurge!

I love the shorts. The heat works wonders both for my cramps (weirdly, Transwomen can get them) and is great for cold weather under looser clothing when wearing out. My only issue is that it gaps slightly on my thighs in the front and back.
