I have endometriosis so a heating pad is part of my normal routine. Being able to find something like this that heats both my back and my stomach is a true game changer in comfort and convenience. My only critique is the battery life (if you keep it on high like me), otherwise they last longer than you’d expect and are really wonderful. The fabric and sizing is done well too!

I recently received my heated shorts and have been wearing them religiously. I struggle with endometriosis and adenomyosis. My symptoms have been flaring aggressively recently and these shorts truly have been a lifesaver. I am able to stand and function when I have them on instead of being completely bedridden. If you’re on the fence about them, my advice is to buy them. Worth every penny penny

The size was perfect, the back heating part was a bit too hot and the front heating part wasn’t hot enough.

Absolutely love them. 2 improvements: more plus sizes, heat in the undercarriage.

Sundaze Heated Shorts

Fell in love with these after the first wear. Having the freedom to move around and care for myself and home even while in pain is liberating. The battery back is small that it doesn’t interfere when laying down and doesn’t weigh the shorts down. 10/10 recommend for my pelvic chronic illness gals.

Comfortable and they work. I was worried they wouldn’t be efficient or that they would be tight, I’m very sensitive to tight clothing due to endometriosis. I’d recommend for anyone needing pain control and heat in those areas.

Sundaze Heated Shorts

These shorts helped my endo pain, just wish the front wire was longer and the shorts were cotton. I don’t want microplastics getting in my skin. I use the high heat and I think it last about an hour or so for me.

The heat from the shorts is great, soothing for the back especially. However, the abdominal coverage is small and I have also noticed only a week into using the product even before my first wash the fabric is parting at one of the seams so the material for the price could have been better, disappointing there.

So comfortable and provide heat in all the areas I need. As someone living with chronic pain everyday from endometriosis and adenomyosis, these provide so much comfort.

Pros: you don’t have to walk around connected to a heating pad cord, the shorts are really comfy, the heat level goes high enough to help with some endometriosis/chronic pain

Cons: I wish the placement of the heated areas was not just around the lower back & higher front waistband. It would be better if there was more heated coverage below the waistband- I bought these assuming they were fully heated for some reason

I got these so that I could be more mobile while recovering from pelvic floor dysfunction. I’ve used them 4 times. The first time I used them, they lasted 2 hours. The second time 1.5 hours. The third time 1 hour. And the fourth, 30 min 😵‍💫 (the tag on the product says they are supposed to last 2-4 hours). A microwave heat pack lasts longer and is a lot cheaper.

My bf gave these to me as a gift and I used it for one year until it broke....he bought it because I have dysmenhorrea and it's horrendous....I was skeptical but it quickly won over my heart with how effectively it worked! I bought myself a second pair because it saved my life while in surgery operating. It's soothing and comforting and fits great! I recommend loose scrubs for the days you wear the shorts. Truly girls, neglect the cost because it will help you if you suffer on your cycle. They were also kind enough to resend my package when it went missing! I was so grateful 🙏 and it came in time for me to begin doing operations again! Thank you girls for treating me kindly and creating these amazing shorts! (Buy abut 2 battery packs, trust me)

I’ve been looking everywhere for heated shorts that I could wear while skiing to help with hip pain from a labrum tear. I know these are technically for period pain but they definitely help keep my hip feeling warm while skiing. The battery packs don’t last as long as I need so I bought a few extra to take with me. Maybe you could design shorts specifically for other pain areas!! So glad I found these.

I wear these all the time. Helps with cramps but also chronic back pain and discomfort.

The back could be 3" higher to cover more of my lower back, but they do a good job. The shorts are advertised for "period pain". I wanted something to go walking in when the weather gets cold. I still have to try out the heating function. They are very stretchy, so having a penis isn't a problem.

100% would recommend. These have become a must in my closet every time my period rolls around. I love that I can also wear them out. Just be careful about washing it!

Honestly, I have been suffering from period cramps since I first started my period and only resort to taking Midol at my breaking points, however, now that I have discovered these amazing miracle shorts I'm going to be able to handle each month with more ease now!! I cannot believe these weren't made sooner and I'm so in awe of how well these shorts and the heating capabilities perform. My first two days of my period typically are the most pain I experience, so having these shorts are definitely going to be so handy!!
